Self-nominations and nominations by others are accepted. All eligible applications and nominations are kept in consideration for 12 months following submission.

Applicants and nominees must be:

• At least 18 years of age

• A parent or legal guardian

• A resident of Rhode Island

• Experiencing financial hardship or life circumstances that make self-care difficult to access

Previous recipients must wait at least 12 months before applying or being nominated for an additional sponsored spa day.

Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

Serenity Spa & Beauty Bar reserves the right to exclude applications and/or nominations from consideration at their discretion for any reason.

Selection is based on the information provided in the application or nomination.

Submission of an application or nomination does not guarantee selection.

Serenity Spa & Beauty Bar reserves the right to choose the recipient based on the program's mission and available sponsorship funding.

All decisions are final.

The recipient must schedule their spa day within 30 days of being selected.

A valid phone number and email address for the recipient are required.

All standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.

Failure to attend without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the experience.

The experience has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other services, gift cards, or cash.

Each recipient will enjoy a spa day that includes:

• One (1) 30-minute massage

• One (1) Serenity Express Glow Facial

• One (1) Day Pass to The Serene Suite

• Complimentary refreshments

Support our mission by donating. Every donation directly supports The Serenity Wellness Initiative by helping to fund spa day experiences for deserving moms. Contributions help cover services, amenities, and other costs associated with providing each recipient a meaningful day of rest and renewal.

The Serenity Wellness Initiative is operated by Serenity Spa & Beauty Bar LLC and is not currently a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. As a result, donations are generally not tax deductible. We encourage you to consult your tax advisor with any questions.
